Maintenance to our online repairs portal

While customers can contact us via our telephone contact centre to report repairs, we are sadly experiencing longer waiting times than usual due to having a number of staff members self-isolating due to Covid-19; so we’d like to ask our customers for their patience and understanding at this time.

If you are able to wait until the issues have been resolved before reporting your repair we would be very grateful to you, but we of course would not ask that anyone hold off on reporting anything that could be considered an emergency repair. We appreciate that both of these factors combined are leading to a negative impact on the services we provide to customers and we are very aware that this could, understandably, cause a lot of frustration. Unfortunately, both of these factors are completely out of our control.

We are, however, doing our best to overcome them. We have people working hard to fix the problem with our online software and we are bringing in other members of staff from across the organisation to help with taking contact centre calls.

While we are extremely aware that this situation is less than ideal and that both things happening at the same time will undoubtedly cause inconvenience, we would like to ask our customers to treat any staff members they come into contact with respectfully – our employees have graciously adapted to many changes throughout the pandemic and they will have their own situations to manage at home too; we’re all just trying to get through these trying times together, so we’d encourage you to work with us through them as best you can
