Even if you’ve never considered an apprenticeship before, this is a great way for you to do a paid job while also getting some really valuable experience for your CV and gaining qualifications.

We’re always on the look out for enthusiastic people to join our supportive team. From gardening and warehousing to customer service and administration roles, we offer a wide range of temporary roles in positions across the organisation, with plenty of training attached to help you find permanent employment.
As part of our commitment to providing support and care to communities, we offer opportunities for our unemployed customers to gain paid work-based training with us. Our placements are open to all YHN customers, regardless of age or background, and are available in a variety of roles, with bespoke one-to-one support available throughout.
Working Homes
If you struggle with your job search, need help with your CV or application forms, or just need an extra bit of training or qualifications, we’re here to help. One of the team can meet you in a venue close to your home and we can also help with any worries that you have around finances or Universal Credit.
