Have your say on our income collection policy
Here at YHN we value your opinions and recognise the importance of reaching as many of our customers as possible when developing new policies and shaping our services moving forward. We are in the process of developing our income collection policy and would value your opinions and ideas on this particular document.
The Income Collection policy supports the overarching aim of the ‘Sustaining Tenancies Guidance’; to support frontline staff to help YHN tenants to sustain their tenancy and to contribute to the Newcastle City Council Cabinet aim of the Council and YHN leading the wider housing sector to develop an approach of having no evictions into homelessness.
We would like volunteers to come forward and be part of our consultation. This will involve a simple two-step process:
- We will send out the draft income collection policy and would appreciate if you could take some time to read.
- At a time convenient for you a member of staff from our customer insight and engagement team will call to go through a few brief questions about the document, giving you the opportunity to share your views and opinions.
