Covid-19 update

We want to reassure you that our services will continue to operate as normal after last night’s Government announcement. Any staff within YHN who can work from home will do so going forward, but our service to you will not be affected by this change.

The health, safety and wellbeing of all of our customers and staff is our top priority so we will continue to follow all social distancing guidance when we visit your home, and we ask you to do the same. Masks will be worn throughout the full visit however if you do not feel comfortable with a member of our team visiting your home then you should let us know as soon as possible and we will rearrange your appointment.

We will be reviewing the current guidance regularly and will keep you updated if anything is to change based on the Government guidance. Stay safe.
