Repairs

To report repairs to us, you can:

• Visit the repairs section of my account
• Call 0191 278 7878

Emergency repairs should always be reported by phone on 0191 278 7878. 

How to contact a member of the team or make an appointment

Search Find an officer to find contact details for your housing officer, income officer and caretaker (if you live in a multi-storey).

If you would like to make an appointment to talk to us face to face, that’s no problem.  Get in touch using any of the contact methods above and we’ll arrange a time to visit you at home.
