Every year, Leazes Homes produce an annual report so that we can share details of our performance with our customers. It’s nice to look back on what we’ve achieved every 12 months and to show you the breadth of the services we provide, as many people won’t have a reason to engage with all of them.
This year's annual report shares with you headline statistics from services such as repairs, gas sfety checks, rent arrears and average re-let periods along with an overview of our financial performance during the period from April 2021 - March 2022. There's also some information about our hopes and plans for the future.
