YHN Community Fund applications now open

The fund has been set up to have a positive impact on the communities where YHN customers live, by investing in community projects and partners that are already doing great work on the ground and helping them to achieve more.

The aims of the YHN Community Fund is to;

•    Provide support to communities during cost of living crisis

•    Build stronger communities

•    Reduce social isolation and loneliness

•    Improve mental health and well-being

•    Tackling digital exclusion and digital poverty

•    Engage diverse communities

If you have a project you would like help funding, you can apply for a grant by clicking here. The deadline for applications is midnight on Sunday 27 November.
